STRETCHING -TOE TOUCHING

 STRETCHING : Stretching is the importance exercise for kids. Stretching improve our muscles and body parts.



Benefits of stretching

● Stretching can improve posture. Tight muscles can cause poor posture.

● Stretching can improve range of motion and prevents loss of range of motion.

● Stretching can decrease back pain.

● Stretching can help prevent injury.

● Stretching can decrease muscle soren.


TOE TOUCHING

Toe touches is the part of the stretching exercise.



How to do this exercise.

● Make your kid sit down on the ground with there legs stretched out in front and her back

perpendicular to the floor.

● Tell them to extend both her arms towards the tip of her toes.

● Once we reaches the tip, tell her to hold the position for at least 10 seconds.

● Let her release and get back to the original position.

RUNNING

● WHAT IS RUNNING EXERCISE ?

 Running is by definition the fastest means for an animal to move on foot. It is defined in

sporting terms as a gait in which at some point all feet are off the ground at the same time. It

is a form of both anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise. Running is a complex,

coordinated process which involves the entire body.

 FROG JUMPING: Frog Jumps are a great exercise to increase power and speed.Frog jumps

are a killer way to get your heart rate up while also working your entire body.

How to Do a Jumping Jack

1. Stand upright with your legs together, arms at your sides.

2. Bend your knees slightly, and jump into the air.

3. As you jump, spread your legs to be about shoulder-width apart. Stretch your arms out

and over your head.

4. Jump back to starting position.

5. Repeat

TUG OF WAR


This is the very simple and interesting game.

Tug of war is a sport that pits two teams against each other in a test of strength: teams pull on

opposite ends of a rope, with the goal being to bring the rope a certain distance in one direction

against the force of the opposing team's pull.




How to do this game.

● Put the strongest person in the back so that he can use his strength the most and will

have the least chance of slipping.

● Keep your arms and body almost straight as you lean backwards with your upper body

while planting your feet into the ground, using both of your legs as anchors.

In this game we have to use one stonger rope.
