STRETCHING -TOE TOUCHING

 STRETCHING : Stretching is the importance exercise for kids. Stretching improve our muscles and body parts.



Benefits of stretching

● Stretching can improve posture. Tight muscles can cause poor posture.

● Stretching can improve range of motion and prevents loss of range of motion.

● Stretching can decrease back pain.

● Stretching can help prevent injury.

● Stretching can decrease muscle soren.


TOE TOUCHING

Toe touches is the part of the stretching exercise.



How to do this exercise.

● Make your kid sit down on the ground with there legs stretched out in front and her back

perpendicular to the floor.

● Tell them to extend both her arms towards the tip of her toes.

● Once we reaches the tip, tell her to hold the position for at least 10 seconds.

● Let her release and get back to the original position.
